Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Short version: LensCrunch Pro is a file that can be copied the moment it arrives, so all sales are final. Three things we always refund and never argue about.

All sales are final

LensCrunch Pro is a digital file, delivered by download as soon as payment clears. Once it is in your hands it cannot be returned, so there is no refund for a change of mind — not because you did not use it, not because it did not fit your workflow, not because you found something else. Read what it does and ask us anything before you buy; that is the whole point of a page this specific.

What we always refund

  1. You paid and the file never arrived. We send a fresh link; if we cannot get it to you, you get your money back.
  2. The file is broken and we cannot fix it. If something in it genuinely does not work on your computer, we will try to fix it — and if it cannot be made to work for you, you get your money back. This is about a fault, not about a preference.
  3. You were charged twice, or charged in error. Obviously.

Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

Buyers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once delivery starts — with your express consent, which is what the checkout asks you to confirm: that you want the file straight away and understand you lose the withdrawal right by getting it. If you would rather not accept that, do not complete the purchase, and write to us instead.

How a refund is processed

The sale is processed by Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued there and go back to the original payment method. Write to us first at hello@lenscrunch.com — we action it within one working day, and the card or bank side usually takes a further 5–10 working days. Paddle also handles any dispute over a transaction, and they have the last word on it.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed without contacting us first, the licence for that copy ends. Email us — it is faster for you and cheaper for us.

The free tools

There is nothing to refund: no account, no payment, no subscription anywhere on the free side of the site.

If something does not work

Email us before assuming the worst. Most problems are a print setting (destination Save as PDF, margins Default, and untick Headers and footers) or a browser that blocks local storage when a file is opened from the desktop — one message usually sorts it out, and we would rather fix it than have you stuck with something you cannot use.
